Amazing hotel with amenities like a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. I still remember when the staff helped me find my lost earring on my first stay. I recommend signing up for activities!

Warm breakfast with a wide range of options, relaxing and clean place. Attentive and top-class stuff team on the Bell Desk. Tasty food and cool drinks. Top and the best location in the heart of town.

The beach access was fantastic, with gorgeous
Views just steps away. I loved the complimentary beach chairs. The noise from the nearby street parties could be quite disruptive at night, impacting our overall relaxation experience.

Top-class and attentive staff, warm breakfasts, good job!
Possibly the best and pleasant stay for the mini vacation and memorable experience. Marvellous location, newly renovated room with pleasant view of the ocean. The pool area is nice too. Easy parking on site. A nice restaurant in the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were old but clean, the beds were very comfortable. If you have a room on one of the higher floors and keep your window closed, the hotel is quiet enough for being located in the center of Waikiki (which is pretty much a noisy, busy city center). The location is actually superb.
The hotel is quite old (though it looks like it has been refurbished and modernized a few times in the past). The price for food and beverages was quite steep, especially compared to the venues nearby (eating outside of the hotel is recommended).

We had a blast! The Sheraton Princess Kaiulani is right in the heart of Waikikii Beach. Close to everything. We had a city view room on the 6th floor that looked over the parking garage with the mountain in the back ground. There are several review that complain about it but it didn't bother us. If you get the pool side view you'll have to deal with all the entertainment and foot traffic below. Here is a tip: don't checkin before 1pm because the front desk will have less rooms to choose from and no later than 3pm for the same reasons. Check out Yelp for great Hawaiian Food. Ono Hawaiian food is awesome!

We stayed the hotel for three nights, it was not pleasure . The key can not open the lock, and after we have changed the keys for five times, finally they told u that it is the lock's problem, and they can't fix the lock right away. Anyway it is a waste of time.

Good location only a minute from the beach, cheap rooms are pretty good value
The view from the city-side rooms is horrible, just looks across a dirty carpark

My room was recently refurbished and very clean. Quiet and comfortable fo sleeping. Extemely convienent access for everything from the beach, shopping and meetings.
The pool was not private for guests to relax. It was a shorcut passageway to the main avenue for beach access and shopping. .

Room was spacious and had a lovely view of the pool. The multiple lounge areas provided great spots to relax and enjoy downtime.
Though the check-in process was smooth, the staff seemed a bit rushed.
